Analyst: The era of parabolic bull runs and destructive bear markets is over, Bitcoin will shake out all weak hands on its way up
BlockBeats News, July 28th, Bitcoin miner Blockware's analyst Mitchell Askew stated that he believes the era of parabolic bull markets and devastating bear markets has come to an end, aligning with CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju's perspective, who considers the Bitcoin four-year cycle theory "outdated."
Askew added that as the Bitcoin price transitions between an "uptrend" and a "consolidation" phase, its price will skyrocket to $1 million in the next 10 years. He further commented: "Along the way, it will exhaust everyone and shake off those who are not steadfast."
10x Research CEO Markus Thielen pointed out, "This fifth Bitcoin bull market cycle exhibits a characteristic of pulsating surges and sudden stagnation, rather than a stable, high Sharpe ratio continuous climb. Each market cycle depends on clear catalysts: Fed rate expectations, Trump political momentum, ETF breakthroughs, or regulatory interventions (such as crackdowns on crypto-friendly banks). Thus, a continued focus on macro catalysts and rapid responses to breakout rallies is crucial. In the crypto space, momentum is event-driven rather than dictated by a timetable."
