Odaily News According to the announcement of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SenseTime Group announced the placement of 1.667 billion new Class B shares at a price of 1.5 yuan per share to raise approximately HK$2.5 billion. The company intends to use part of the net proceeds from the placement to explore the technical integration and practice of artificial intelligence in innovative vertical fields, including but not limited to developing embodied intelligent robots, blockchain, real world assets (RWA), digital assets, stablecoins and other businesses on its own or with strategic partners and obtaining relevant qualifications, as well as general working capital.
